Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Quebec City invites a Senior Business Analyst to drive analysis, documentation and requirements translation for major transformation initiatives in government contexts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, management or a relevant discipline.
• Have at least eight (8) years of experience in business analysis, including five (5) years in large government organizations.
• Have completed at least two mandates of more than 250 person-days in large-scale projects of more than 2,500 person-days carried out in Agile mode.
• Demonstrate significant experience in gathering and translating business needs into functional and operational requirements.
• Have participated in a mandate of more than six (6) months using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document and prioritize users' business needs to define solutions that meet project objectives.

• Lead workshops, present recommendations, ensure follow-ups and act as a liaison between users and implementation teams.
