Qualifications

• Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or information systems.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology.
• Experience modeling business processes with BPMN 2.0.
• Experience in a Quebec government agency.
• CCBA certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems).
• Knowledge of UML and Archimate languages.
• Experience with SharePoint and Atlassian tools.
• Strong analytical, autonomous and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Validate the methodological compliance of processes and their deliverables.
• Participate in development of automation scripts in Enterprise Architect for BPMN models.
• Ensure consistency between Archimate and BPMN models with the Business Architecture Consultant.
• Identify elements that require arbitration in process modeling and make recommendations.
• Participate in process validation committees.
• Support business analysts in applying modeling best practices.
• Monitor evolution of modeling methodologies and propose improvements.
• Support updated guides, tools and documentation.
