Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of brand management experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities.
• Manage the brand’s P&L, ensuring profitability and budget efficiency.
• Oversee creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, supply chain) for brand alignment.
• Monitor brand performance and report on KPIs and metrics.
• Identify and manage external agencies and partners involved in brand activities.
• Drive product innovation and lifecycle management for assigned brands.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
