Placements24 is seeking a highly qualified Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations for its South African division in Kimberley. This full-time, on-site role requires leading accounting, budgeting and controls, with responsibility for reports, analysis and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a CA(SA) or equivalent, 8+ years in financial management (4+ in supervision), and extensive FMCG experience. SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CA(SA) or equivalent essential.
• 8+ years progressive financial management experience with 4+ years in supervisory or controller role.
• Extensive FMCG industry experience; IFRS knowledge; strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

Mansioni

• Oversee all accounting operations including payables, receivables, GL and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage annual budget and forecasts.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and audits.
