Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with at least 2 years as a Senior Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a similar environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and manage budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stock management, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kimberley retail store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Drive sales performance through effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and implement effective stock control measures to minimize loss.
• Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
