Placements24 is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager for a dynamic real estate agency based in Kimberley. The role focuses on elevating the brand, creating compelling property content, and driving lead generation across digital, print, and social channels.

You will oversee all marketing efforts, manage campaigns, and ensure a consistent message to clients and the wider community in Kimberley and the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within real estate.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including digital marketing.
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, visual storytelling).
• Proficiency in social media management, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies for the agency and its listings.
• Manage the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including property brochures, online listings, social media content, and advertisements.
• Oversee digital presence, including website management, SEO optimization, and social media engagement.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote properties.
• Develop and manage public relations activities, including press releases and media outreach.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports on ROI and metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaborate with agents and leadership to understand marketing needs and tailor solutions.
