We’re looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to help shape the future of Endy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing initiatives that grow awareness, drive affinity, and deepen customer connection across channels. You’ll bring our brand positioning to life through campaigns, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams across marketing, product, and creative. This is a high-impact role for a brand builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.

What you’ll do :

  • Brand Strategy & Execution : Own and evolve brand strategy in collaboration with the VP of Marketing. Translate strategy into 360° marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Campaign Management : Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns from concept to launch—including messaging, creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, PR, digital, and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
  • Events & Activations : Work with our PR agency and in-house creative team on in-person events, brand activations, and new store openings.
  • Consumer Insights : Leverage research and data to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships : Identify and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations that align with Endy’s values and audience.
  • Budget Management : Manage budgets, timelines, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Brand Governance : Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency across internal and external communications.

Who you are :

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns that drive brand and business results.
  • Strong strategic thinker with creative instincts and an eye for detail.
  • Highly organized project manager with experience juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who can rally teams and agencies around a shared vision.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics and consumer insights.
  • Passion for building brands that people love—and a natural alignment with Endy’s mission and values.
