JMC Aviation is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Toronto team and support expansion across Canada and the US. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement and aftercare, while collaborating with consultants, hiring managers, and clients.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive sourcing, and delivering a high-quality recruitment experience in a fast-paced, aviation-focused environment. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, aviation or technical recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Genuine interest in aviation and people-focused work.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing, screening, and engaging aviation professionals.
• Managing candidate pipelines and CRM records.
