Job summary

Voyageur Aviation Corp. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 20-month, part-time contract. The role supports the HR team, administers staffing requisitions, posts jobs, and coordinates career events.

The position requires a post-secondary HR-related diploma and at least 2 years HR experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Work is hybrid in Canada with hours 16–24 per week. Eligible candidates must be legally permitted to work in Canada and be prepared for background

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in HRM/Business Administration required.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new systems.
• Experience creating and editing professional business correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines.
• Resourceful, proactive, and sound judgment in resolving issues.
• Knowledge of employment legislation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer staffing requisitions and approvals for open positions.
• Post job postings through UKG and external boards.
• Book career fairs and events; prepare promotional materials.
• Liaise with Marketing on materials; manage events calendar.
• Create/edit job postings; support resume reviews and pre-screens.
• Record reference checks; ensure new employee files.
• Assist with security clearance requirements; manage ATS documents.
• Prepare offer letters; manage dashboards and IT support databases.
• Assist with analytics and monthly HR metrics.
• Attend career fairs as needed.
