Executive Aviation is seeking a Generalist, Team Experience for a 14-month contract to support our Canada-wide operations. This transformational role partners with operations leaders to build a high-performance culture and prioritise employee engagement across sites with occasional travel.

The role acts as a trusted HR Business Partner, guiding managers on recruitment, development, performance, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal legislation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist or business partner experience within a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of Canadian federal legislation and labour relations principles.
• Strong coaching and advisory capabilities for leaders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted HR Business Partner to Operations and site leadership.
• Support growth and development of Team Members with career pathways.
• Partner with managers on performance, coaching and improvement plans.
• Equip managers with tools to lead people, including feedback and recognition.
• Use people insights to identify trends and measure program impact.
• Champion engagement and culture through local events and visits.
• Support employee and labour relations ensuring policy compliance.
• Draft and communicate policy changes and update SOPs.
• Partner on recruitment campaigns and onboarding, plus transfers and offboarding.
• Other duties as assigned.
