Job summary

Coulson Aviation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and support broader talent initiatives. This role, based on site in Thermal, CA, offers relocation assistance for candidates not in the area and requires 7+ years in recruiting and strong ATS experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, post roles across platforms, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive an excellent candidate experience while maintaining ATS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and ATS experience.
• Strong interview, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and ATS/HRIS tools.
• Experience recruiting in Canada and/or Australia is an asset.
• Experience with ADP is also an asset.
• Priority will be given to candidates with aviation experience.

• Support offer development, negotiations, and handoff to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles while supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives across the business. You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers, an advocate for candidate experience, and a key contributor to our global growth. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Thermal, CA. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not currently reside in the area.
