Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor in Windsor, Ontario. You will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service while helping customers navigate automotive challenges. The position involves coordinating services, assessing problems, and maintaining strong customer rapport in a fast-paced team environment.

You will verify coverage, prepare repair orders, and develop accurate estimates. Flexibility to work Saturdays and a valid G license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid G Driver's License.
• Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer descriptions to identify services needed.
• Explain warranty and service contract coverage.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms and required repairs.
• Develop estimates by costing parts, labor and materials.
• Maintain customer rapport and obtain approvals and contact details.
• Record problems and corrective actions planned and keep accurate records.
