Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring a Customer-Focused Service Advisor in Innisfil, Ontario. You will be the first contact for service customers, guiding them from check-in to pick-up and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus bonus, with health and wellness benefits and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include verifying warranty coverage, preparing repair orders, and maintaining accurate records while delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Auto experience is considered an asset.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculate customer payments including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems and causes; obtain approvals and enter into system.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, obtaining approvals, and providing contact numbers; address questions and concerns.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

Location: 2060 Commerce Park Dr, Innisfil ON

Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year + bonus

What You Will Be Doing:

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation
• Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role
• Auto experience considered an asset
• Valid G Drivers License
• Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
