Job summary

The 401 Group seeks a Customer-Focused Service Advisor in Kingston, ON to be the friendly face of our service department, greeting customers and guiding them from check-in to pick-up. You will deliver a smooth, professional experience and maintain exceptional customer rapport in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Location: 2820 Princess St, Kingston. Compensation: Up to $90,000 per year depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Auto experience considered an asset.
• Valid G Drivers License.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's symptoms and inspecting vehicles.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculate customer payments.
• Prepare repair orders with described symptoms and required services; obtain approvals.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and arranging transportation if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of problems and corrective actions.
• Stay updated with knowledge from manufacturers' publications.
