Canadian Tire Stores is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced Service Centre. You will interact with customers, prepare repair orders, review estimates and ensure smooth service experiences in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include upselling services, sourcing parts, and maintaining organized paperwork while delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork in a local Brampton location.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is a must.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and computer skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create vehicle repair orders (customer interaction) at service counter.
• Review estimates and inspection forms with customers at service counter.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services.
• Source required parts from vendors.
• Hand out sold parts to technicians & installers.
• Maintain clean and organized stock warehouse.
