Job summary

Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves managing the AP inbox, reconciling supplier statements, and reviewing invoices for accuracy and approval.

You will run reports and assist with PO data cleanup in Oracle Cloud, while providing day-to-day support to the Accounts Payable Manager. Candidate should be proficient in ERP processes, able to handle ad hoc tasks, and contribute to ERP project activities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling accounts payable tasks and supplier inquiries.
• Ability to reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience reviewing invoices for accuracy and approval.
• Proficiency in running reports and assisting with PO data cleanup in Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to support AP Manager in day-to-day activities.
• Experience with ERP projects and ad hoc tasks.

Pay Range

$35 - $40 / hour

Location and Work Authorization

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
