Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in the Greater Toronto Area to review high volumes of invoices, code accurately, and route them for approval. You will process payments by cheque, EFT, and other methods, while ensuring timely posting and compliance.

Candidates should have 5+ years in AP, strong Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUP), and hands-on experience with NetSuite or Concur.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with high-volume invoice processing and review experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills, particularly PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with NetSuite or Concur is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review high volumes of invoices submitted through Concur.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded and routed to the appropriate individuals for authorization.
• Monitor invoice workflows to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
