Areti Group | B Corp™ is recruiting a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer for a hybrid Toronto-based role. You will design and implement Amazon Connect solutions, build integrations with enterprise platforms, and advance Agentic AI capabilities across a major CCaaS transformation programme.

Ideal candidates have strong Amazon Connect/CCaaS experience, excellent stakeholder communication, and a track record of mentoring engineers within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect implementations.
Strong CCaaS platform integration skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions across the programme.
Deliver integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms.
Build Agentic AI and automation capabilities.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Teams and Business Stakeholders.
Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
Support end-to-end delivery of the programme.
