Job summary

Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant – Connect and Lex to work with enterprise customers on complex cloud transformations.

This hands-on advisory role will embed with customer teams, designing scalable AWS solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex, and guiding migrations to ensure on-time delivery. You'll collaborate with AWS Partner Network and internal teams, uphold security and compliance, share reusable artifacts, and explore generative AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 5+ years as a contact centre technology architect with platforms such as Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, or Salesforce.
• 3+ years designing NLP/NLU solutions (IVR or chat) using major conversational AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable AWS solutions for customer requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan migrations.
• Architect NLP/NLU solutions with frameworks like Lex, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
• Integrate contact centre platforms using REST APIs and web services.
• Act as trusted advisor on trends, tech, and cloud solutions.
• Share knowledge via mentoring and reusable artifacts.
• Incorporate generative AI into contact centres (voice/chat, agent assist).
