Job summary
REALIGN LLC in Toronto, ON is seeking a Full Time Technology Solutions Lead / Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Amazon Connect contact center solutions. Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale contact centers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, IVR, and call routing solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch
- Develop chatbot and voice bot solutions using Amazon Lex
- Design and support enterprise-scale contact center infrastructure
- Troubleshoot call routing issues, call failures, and performance bottlenecks
- Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce, Zendesk, and other CRM platforms
- Support telephony and voice technologies including SIP, VoIP, CTI, and IVR
- Provide technical leadership for contact center architecture and solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams
