Job summary

GuruLink is seeking senior lead engineers to drive the migration of cloud contact center capabilities and roll out agentic AI across multiple business units. You will design, implement, and integrate Amazon Connect with internal systems, while guiding teams through enterprise migration challenges.

Ideal applicants have hands-on Amazon Connect expertise and a track record deploying AI-enabled contact center solutions within complex environments, including CIAM and IVR integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and end-to-end contact center architectures.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions and integrating with CIAM and IVR integration APIs.
• Strong background in technical migration projects within enterprise environments.

Senior lead engineering roles required to support the initial cloud contact center migration and agentic AI rollouts across multiple business units. These hands-on technical SMEs focus on end-to-end design, development, and integration between Amazon Connect and internal enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and technically integrate Amazon Connect with internal enterprise systems.
• Build agentic AI solutions directly within Amazon Connect.
• Integrate contact center platforms with authentication services, Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms, line-of-business applications, and IVR integration APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads to ensure successful migration and AI capability implementation.
• Mentor and train internal engineering resources on the Amazon Connect platform, integrations, and operational best practices.

Must Have Skills

• Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and end-to-end contact center architectures.
• AI & Integration: Experience building agentic AI solutions and integrating with CIAM, authentication services, and IVR integration APIs.
• Delivery: Strong background in technical migration projects and enterprise environments.
