Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is recruiting a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer for a hybrid Toronto-based role. You will design and implement Amazon Connect solutions, build integrations with enterprise platforms, and advance Agentic AI capabilities across a major CCaaS transformation programme.

Ideal candidates have strong Amazon Connect/CCaaS experience, excellent stakeholder communication, and a track record of mentoring engineers within complex enterprise environments.

Help Deliver One of Canada's Largest Amazon Connect Transformation Programmes

Areti is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a major CCaaS, Amazon Connect and Agentic AI transformation programme.

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to play a key role in designing, building and integrating next-generation customer engagement solutions across multiple business units. Candidates must have strong Amazon Connect and CCaaS experience and be comfortable working within complex enterprise environments.
