Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a Senior AI Agents Solutions Architect to lead design and optimization of our MarTech stack. You will architect AI-ready marketing platforms, craft agent-based workflows, and partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will guide end-to-end solutions, establish standards, and drive integrations across CMS, webinar tools, and analytics to accelerate digital transformation and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing technology architecture or related fields.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML-based solutions or intelligent automation.
• Deep expertise in MarTech platforms (CRM, MA, CDP, CMS, analytics).
• Proven experience with agent-based architectures and LLM integration.
• Strong system design, API integration, data architecture, and cloud infra.
• Experience implementing Adobe Workfront or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end MarTech solution architecture mapping and optimization.
• Architect an AI-ready MarTech stack for intelligent automation.
• Design and build AI agents for multiple use cases in campaign workflows.
• Lead MarTech tool integrations and migrations (CMS, webinars, etc.).
• Create technology roadmaps aligning business objectives with platforms.
• Establish architecture standards and governance for AI agents.
