Job summary

Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking an AI Agent Developer & Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Operations team. You will focus on building AI agents for marketing workflows, administering Marketo, and supporting MarTech integrations across US time zones.

This hands-on role blends AI engineering with marketing operations, requiring strong technical skills, collaboration across teams, and a proactive approach to enable scalable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
• 2–3 years of Marketo administration and configuration experience.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar).
• Experience with API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
• Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including CRM, CMS, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Maintain documentation and provide enablement/training for AI agent adoption and Marketo configurations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and Marketo.
