Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking an AI Agent Developer & Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Operations team in Canada. You will build AI agents for marketing workflows and administer the Marketo platform, supporting critical MarTech integrations and campaign operations across US time zones.

This hands-on role blends AI engineering with marketing operations. You will collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years building AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
• 2–3 years hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience.
• Strong programming/scripting: Python/JavaScript/Node.js.
• Experience with API integrations, REST, webhooks, data synchronization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
• Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including Marketo-CRM and CMS connections.
• Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing to translate requirements into implementations.
• Maintain documentation and provide enablement/training for AI agent adoption and Marketo configurations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with AI agents and Marketo; provide timely support.

We are looking for an AIAgent Implementation Specialist to play a crucial role in driving the transformation of Marketing Automation and Innovation. This IC role will report to Senior Manager, MarTechSolutionand Innovation.

Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Agent Developer & Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Operations team.You will focus on building and implementing AI agents for marketing workflows, administering our Marketo platform, supporting criticalMarTechintegrations, and providing campaign operations support across US time zones. This is a hands-on technical role that bridges AI engineering and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases, in partnership with cross functional marketing teams, to support end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations; ensure platform health and performance optimization
• Support criticalMarTechtool integrations, including connecting Marketo withCRM,CMS, and third-party data platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations
• Maintaindocumentation andprovide enablement/trainingof AI agentadoption, Marketo configurations, integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and Marketo platform; providetimelysupport to marketing teams.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2years building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems
• 2-3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience
• Strongproficiencyin at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar)
• Working knowledge of API integrations, REST,webhooks, and data synchronization
• Experience with marketing automation platforms andMarTechecosystems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
