Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking an AI Agent Developer & Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Operations team in Canada. You will build AI agents for marketing workflows and administer the Marketo platform, supporting critical MarTech integrations and campaign operations across US time zones.

This hands-on role blends AI engineering with marketing operations. You will collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years building AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
• 2–3 years hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience.
• Strong programming/scripting: Python/JavaScript/Node.js.
• Experience with API integrations, REST, webhooks, data synchronization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
• Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including Marketo-CRM and CMS connections.
• Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing to translate requirements into implementations.
• Maintain documentation and provide enablement/training for AI agent adoption and Marketo configurations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with AI agents and Marketo; provide timely support.
