Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Success Architect / Sr. Success Architect to lead onboarding and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for customers.

You’ll work at the cutting edge of sales and marketing tech and help transform processes to leverage AI-driven engagement. Responsibilities include onboarding, scalable strategy design with Marketing, Sales and IT, and deep integration with Salesforce and GTM systems.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• You possess a bachelor's degree.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform with customers.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate with Salesforce, marketing tools, and GTM systems.
• Guide customers in configuring AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email.
• Translate business objectives into technical designs, flows, and AI SDR goals.
• Advise on data models, integrations, governance, and best practices.
• Drive enablement with training on agentic marketing and pipeline acceleration.
• Analyze engagement and pipeline metrics to deliver strategic recommendations.
• Lead ESRs and roadmap discussions to show business impact.
