Job summary

Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and optimization of our MarTech technology stack.

You will drive enterprise-scale AI-ready marketing solutions and architect intelligent agents for complex campaign workflows, partnering with marketing, product, and engineering teams. The role requires 10+ years in marketing technology architecture and 5+ years in AI/ML-based solutions, with strong knowledge of CRM, CMS, analytics, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing technology architecture, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
• 5+ years designing and implementing AI/ML-based solutions or intelligent automation systems.
• Deep expertise in MarTech platforms and ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, CDP, CMS, analytics).
• Experience with agent-based architectures, LLM integration, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong system design, API integration, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure skills.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar marketing workflow tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy in marketing contexts.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture knowledge is a plus.

• Drive end-to-end MarTech solution architecture mapping and optimization.
• Architect and design an AI-ready MarTech stack that supports intelligent automation and agent-based workflows.
• Design and build AI agents for multiple use cases across the campaign workflow with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead critical MarTech tool integrations and migrations including CMS platforms and webinar tools.
• Conduct solution assessments and create roadmaps aligning business objectives with platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance for AI agent development.

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to play a crucial role in driving the transformation of Marketing Automation and Innovation. This senior IC role will report to Senior Manager, MarTech Solution and Innovation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Agents Solutions Architect to lead the design and optimization of our MarTech technology stack. You will drive enterprise-scale AI-ready marketing technology solutions, architect intelligent agents for complex campaign workflows, and partner across marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver streamlined, scalable platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end MarTech solution architecture mapping and optimization projects, delivering streamlined platforms, reduced costs, improved performance, and enhanced scalability
• Architect and design an AI-ready MarTech stack that supports intelligent automation, agent-based workflows, and modern marketing operations
• Design and build AI agents for multiple use cases across the campaign workflow, partnering closely with Product Marketing Management, Content, Web, and Integrated Campaigns teams
• Lead critical MarTech tool integrations and migrations including CMS platforms, webinar tools, and other marketing infrastructure
• Conduct solution assessments and create technology roadmaps that align business objectives with platform capabilities
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI agent development and MarTech integrations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing technology architecture, platform engineering, or solutions architecture
• 5+ years designing and implementing AI/ML-based solutions or intelligent automation systems
• Deep expertise in MarTech platforms and ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, CDP, CMS, analytics)
• Proven experience with agent-based architectures, LLM integration, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong technical skills in system design, API integration, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing Adobe Workfront (or equivalent project management tools) with marketing workflow best practices
• Track record of delivering large-scale platform optimization or migration projects Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in specific MarTech platforms (e.g. Marketo)
• Background in campaign workflow optimization or marketing operations
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and data privacy in marketing contexts
• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture certification is a plus.
