Job summary

Northleaf Capital Partners seeks an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver agentic AI and automation solutions across the firm. You will translate business problems into practical automations using Microsoft low-code platforms, AI tooling, and custom integrations.

Reporting to the AI Agent Lead, this senior role emphasizes hands-on delivery, prototype-to-production work, and collaboration with business teams to accelerate enterprise-scale agent ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–12+ years of senior-level experience across automation, solution delivery, or related business-technology roles.
• Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions:Build and deploy agent-based AI solutions with prompt design, knowledge bases, and guardrails.
• Platform expertise: Proficient in Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Dataverse/SQL Server, with low-code-first approach and pro-code capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hands-on design, development, and deployment of AI agents and automations across the firm's platforms.
• Deliver production-ready agents and workflows with a steady delivery cadence.
• Analyze business operations to map processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation by rethinking processes and applying rapid prototyping.
• Contribute to an enterprise-scale multi-agent ecosystem with reusable templates and patterns.
