A financial advisory firm is seeking a Senior Advisory Associate in Ottawa, Ontario. The Senior Advisory Associate is responsible for providing ongoing support for advisory relationships. The position requires the ability to work with internal parties such as Advisors, Research, Operations, and IT, as well as external parties such as investment managers and custodians, to meet the needs of the client and Advisor that services them. The responsibilities of this position include serving as a primary point of contact with clients, preparing materials for client meetings, conducting in-depth analysis on client portfolios to produce robust explanations of performance, monitoring client portfolios and proactively recommending potential solutions to Advisors, and interacting with all interested parties to provide an exceptional client experience.
