This role also provides the opportunity to contribute to high-impact organizational processes. You will support the coordination and consolidation of the annual budget and play an integral role in the year-end audit, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.

  • Perform reasonability tests and analytical review for HST submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly schedules for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and sundry accounts receivable.
  • Partner with department leads to evaluate the cost‑effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of fundraising initiatives and other strategic activities.
  • Support departmental teams in planning and budgeting processes by analyzing trends, monitoring budget performance, and preparing monthly variance analysis to help inform decision‑making.
