Elyvion is seeking a Senior Account Executive for outside sales based in Calgary. You will drive new business while managing a portfolio of 50–75 clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering revenue growth through strategic account management.

The role emphasizes 70% hunting and 30% farming, requiring strong prospecting, negotiation, and client-relationship skills with regular client visits across Calgary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B direct sales experience.
• Strong new business development / hunting experience.
• Proven experience managing a book of business / client portfolio.
• Excellent cold calling, prospecting & negotiation skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience required.
• Customer-focused with strong account management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 50–75 clients, generate new business, rebuild and expand accounts, and drive revenue through long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and execute territory plans, identify new segments, and close deals through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and win rates.

Base: CAD $75K–$85K

Commission: Up to CAD $42K/year

Typical Commission: CAD $2K–$5K/month
