Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. in Markham, Ontario is seeking dedicated and experienced Security Guards to join our team.

You will provide a visual presence, monitor premises, perform access control, respond to alarms, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The role requires a valid Ontario Security Guard License, First Aid/CPR, at least one year of experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

The Day-to-Day

• Provide a visual presence and monitor premises to ensure the safety of personnel and property.


• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.


• Perform access control, checking credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.


• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients and visitors when needed.


• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents and activities.

What You'll Bring

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR


• At least one year of experience as a Security Guard.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.


• Able to stand for extended periods.

Pay:

$18 - $23
