Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking a full-time security guard for our Alliston site. You must provide your own transportation to the location at 4700 Industrial Parkway, Alliston, ON. The role offers day or night shifts with progression in pay after a 3-month probation.

Responsibilities include visitor sign-in, access control, answering phones, daily logs, CCTV monitoring, patrols, and reporting incidences. Prior security experience is an asset and strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License.
• Valid First Aid / CPR certificate.
• Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to complete daily logs and write detailed reports.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Previous security experience would be an asset.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Position details:

• FT - Days or Nights
• Pay: $18.50/hour, increasing to $19.06/hour after successfully completing the 3-month probationary period, and to $19.63/hour after 12 months.
• Location: 4700 Industrial Parkway, Alliston ON L0G 1W0

Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard License
