Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking dedicated and experienced Security Guards to join our team in Vaughan/Markham/Newmarket.

As a Security Guard, you will help maintain a safe environment for clients and assets, providing a visible presence and quick, professional response to incidents. Requirements include a valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR, at least one year of experience, excellent communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR.
• At least one year of experience as a Security Guard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visual presence and monitor premises to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
• Perform access control, checking credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients and visitors when needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents and activities.
