Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in a security sector.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Familiarity with operating technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• First Aid and CPR

Responsibilities

• Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring details are captured.
• Maintain a visible security presence: Deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity.
• Threat Assessment: Evaluate situations to determine risk and responses.
• Professional Communication: Clear, professional email communication with team and stakeholders.
• Assist customers and staff: Provide directions and safety guidance without disrupting operations.
• Emergency Response: Act swiftly and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain logs of incidents and inspections for compliance.
