Paladin Security Group is seeking a Security Guard Mobile Driver for a temporary, on-site role in Penticton, BC. You will perform mobile patrols across client sites, respond to alarms, and conduct thorough site checks while maintaining detailed incident logs.

The position requires valid BC security credentials, a Class 5 BC driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of security industry experience.
• Valid BC Security Licence.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Physical capability to perform patrol duties (walking, stairs, driving).
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexible availability (including overnights).

Position Overview

Title: Security Guard Mobile Driver

Employment Type: Temporary (As Needed)

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: As Needed (flexible availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays)

Site Overview

This role provides mobile security coverage across various client locations throughout Penticton, BC. Operating on the road, you will help protect local businesses and community sites through active patrols, property checks, and rapid response to security alarms.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols across assigned client properties.

Respond promptly to alarm activations, service calls, and emergencies.

Perform interior and exterior site checks, including locking and unlocking gates and facilities.

Identify and log security threats, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.

Write clear, comprehensive incident logs and patrol reports.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, client representatives, and emergency responders.

Operate company patrol vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.

Must Haves

Minimum 1 year of security industry experience.

Valid BC Security Licence.

Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.

Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Physical capability to complete patrol duties, including walking, climbing stairs, and driving.

Ability to work independently and maintain flexible availability (including overnight shifts).
