Job summary

Paladin Security in Prince George, BC is seeking a full-time on-site Security Guard to help protect people and property across client sites. You will patrol areas on foot or by vehicle, manage access points, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, respond to incidents, enforce site rules, and document events with clear reports.

Must-haves include a BC Security Licence, a BC Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation, and flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays; strong

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to safety incidents, alarms, and emergency service requests.
• Enforce site rules and client policies firmly and respectfully.
• Provide attentive customer service and assistance to staff, clients, and visitors.
• Write clear, objective incident reports and complete shift logs.
• Communicate effectively with team supervisors, client contacts, and emergency responders when needed.

Site Overview

Our Prince George client sites provide safe, secure, and welcoming environments for local organizations, employees, and the public. As part of our frontline team, you will act as a reassuring presence, maintaining safety while delivering helpful and professional service to everyone on site.
