Job summary

NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Canada to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. You will work with a collaborative team to represent our brands and uphold store standards.

The role emphasizes daily sales goals, product knowledge, loyalty enrollment, and a welcoming, inclusive environment. Availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move/handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds).
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through product knowledge and company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store success.
