NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo are hiring a Sales Associate in Victoria. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build meaningful customer relationships.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support sales goals, product knowledge, loyalty enrollment, and maintain appealing store visuals. Join a dynamic team that values customer connection, fashion-forward styling, and collaborative work culture.

Qualifikationen

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and move and handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds) and fixtures.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration and teamwork.
• Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
