Job summary

Cleo in Nanaimo (Canada) is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers. You will participate in daily sales activities and help maintain a welcoming store environment centered on fashion and service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.

• Process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience and building meaningfulcustomer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
• Meetor exceed daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Promotethe brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Buildcustomer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyaltyprogram.
• Performpoint of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintainvisual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, andvisual displays.
• Ensurethe store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Supportcoworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Followall company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicateopenly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
• Contributeto a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
• Performother duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Experience& Qualifications:
