Job summary

NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join a collaborative team that delivers exceptional customer experiences across fashion brands. You will engage customers, promote product knowledge, and drive loyalty while representing our brand values.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help maintain inviting displays, operate the register, and support colleagues to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through product knowledge and company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Collaborate with coworkers and support teamwork.
• Follow company directives and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with team and customers.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store success.

Experience& Qualifications:

• Previousretail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

• Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe store
