Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support daily store operations and deliver engaging customer experiences. This part-time role involves inventory tasks, merchandising, and storytelling to help customers find joy in books and products.

Ideal candidates are flexible, customer-focused, and able to work varied shifts while upholding Indigo’s values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required).

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes (5AM or 10PM start time).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products, and receive and process incoming store merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
• Engage and connect with our customers on the floor.
