Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative for our Canadian stores. This Part-Time role requires availability to work early shifts (starting at 5 AM) and joining a team dedicated to storytelling and joyful customer experiences.

This temporary contract ends January 16 and may involve weekends and holidays depending on store needs. Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before opening (5 AM start).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products and process incoming merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store and welcoming environment.
• Engage with customers on the floor and tell stories using our products.
• Curate product collections for customers and respond to feedback promptly.
