This Seasonal Customer Experience Representative role supports daily store operations, engages customers on the floor, and curates product selections to tell stories, fostering joyful moments of discovery.

Part-time position in Ontario stores with flexible shifts; bilingual in French/English is preferred for Québec, otherwise English is suitable. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, with proper safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) required for Québec; other languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes (5AM or 1AM start time).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process incoming store merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store environment.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores and add joy to customers’ lives.
• Engage and connect with customers on the floor and curate product collections for each customer.
