Job summary

Indigo in Canada is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative for a part-time, fixed-term role. You will support store operations, engage customers, curate product collections, and tell stories through merchandising.

A welcoming attitude and strong teamwork are essential. Applicants should be comfortable with lifting up to 40 pounds, working a flexible schedule, and communicating in English; French is a plus in Québec.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
• Commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper technique.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingual (French/English) required in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before or after the store closes (8am-10pm).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns and shelve products.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment and engage with customers on the floor.
• Curate product collections and tell stories through merchandise.
• Role model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics and share ideas with leadership.
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner and participate in health/safety initiatives.
• Own self-development and contribute to improve employee and customer experience.
