Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a digital agency focusing on paid media for B2B clients and growing brands. You will own the targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative behind performance during client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and guide account growth while communicating clearly with US clients on live calls. Remote role offered for Canada, South Africa or the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing plans; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Search Engine Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
