Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative when clients ask why you made the calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, driving campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and you will own conversion tracking, attribution, and quarterly client roadmaps while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
