Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on when to scale, pause, or pivot campaigns, and coordinating across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft). Remote role across Canada, USA or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid media across multiple platforms.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline impact.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US/intl clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, and test creatives; know when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the narrative behind metrics.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
