Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, guiding budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives during calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS and pipeline metrics, and collaborate with US/Canada clients on live calls to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with campaigns you built and ran
• Trackable improvements in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results on calls
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
